In light of rampant misinformation and an inaccurate mainstream narrative surrounding vaping, we decided to showcase a few of our favorite Instagrammers and their journeys from smoking cigarettes to vaping!

@ebvapez blowing vapor cloudEBONY | @ebvapez

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
A pack and a half a day

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
Not only for my own health considerations, but for my children.

How did you discover vaping?
One of my co-workers introduced me to vaping.

What was your first vaping experience like?
I was skeptical at first because I’d tried everything else and I thought that vaping wouldn’t work for me. But it was enjoyable. It tastes so much better than smoking a cigarette ☺

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
Being able to [censored]* better and taste. Also, being able to start back at the gym [censored]. And meeting some wonderful people on my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

What nicotine level did you start at?
24mg

What nicotine level do you vape now?
3mg, soon to be zero.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
Nooooo

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
Setup: My Kennedy RDA with Strider Mod from VO Tech.
Favorite e-liquid: I don’t have just one favorite and the list would go on and on lol.

How important is natural or organic vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today?
Organic e-juice is important to me because I know exactly what I’m vaping. I’ve only vaped two different lines of organic e-liquid and I’ve found Vape Organics to be the right choice for me. A much cleaner and [censored] vape with no artificial sweeteners and 100% VG, which is also organic. You can’t beat that!

I am impressed. But it can be a bit overwhelming. But I do enjoy seeing what’s new and what different companies can come up with… because I know when I started there was nothing. Everything has evolved into something that I’m glad I’m a part of today. The vaping industry is strong. And if we all stick together, we’ll get stronger.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
The do’s and don’ts of vaping. There will be a lot of new vapers that will want to jump right in without knowing anything about battery safety or Ohms law, etc. So for those of us who have been vaping longer, we need to educate these newbies so they can be safe and enjoy. If not, it could lead to bigger problems for the industry and our community that we love.

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
Sometimes even 2.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
I wanted to change my lifestyle for the better in general. I was tired of the smell and being short of breath/coughing. Plus, the price per pack kept going up.

How did you discover vaping?
I’d been seeing electronic cigarettes for a while but it wasn’t until my cousin showed me his variable voltage device that I finally decided to give it a try.

What was your first vaping experience like?
Well, I was instantly hooked! I enjoyed the ability to vape indoors & experiment with different flavors. The cloud production was also fascinating!

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
Not smelling like an ashtray and feeling [censored].

What nicotine level did you start at?
6mg (with an ego starter kit & a ce4 atomizer).

What nicotine level do you vape now?
3mg with a dripping atomizer.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
No.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
Variable wattage boxes all the way! (Ranger mod, RX200 & Strider mod from VO Tech are all I use). I’m currently stuck on JamMonster flavors & always using my Kennedy RDAs.

How important is natural or organic vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today as opposed to when you started?
I can definitely tell the difference in taste & purity of the organic ejuice vs normal ejuice. I think it comes down to each individual preference but I’ve personally enjoyed my experience with organic flavors. The more I vaped it (organic/natural), the more it became the “norm” & I know a few others who feel the same way. I can vape both kinds but it’s nice to have those options for health- & environmentally-conscious people.

& yes of course, now there are way more complex flavor options available on the market, rather than in the past when it was just 1 fruit or 1 tobacco… now there are concoctions of blends!!!

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
Choosing which setup to get out of all the choices on the market! But besides that, since “hands-on” teaching/explaining is not allowed in the shops anymore, it’s a little more difficult to understand how to assemble or build a coil just by watching YouTube videos. Also not being able to try flavors at the shop.

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
I was a pack per day smoker for over 20 years. Before I enlisted in the Navy, I never smoked! I first started smoking cigarettes about a year in after one of my roommates started smoking again (he had quit smoking for three years). At first, I only smoked socially or whenever I was offered a cigarette and then I was hooked after I started buying my own packs.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
Cigarettes were getting too expensive! I was spending over $100 a month (a carton every two weeks) supporting my nasty habit. In 2013, I was getting ready for a scheduled 12-month deployment to Afghanistan. Normally, I would fill up my seabag with a couple of months’ worth of cigarettes just in case there were no cigarettes to purchase in-country or just enough to last until care packages would arrive. Looking for a cheaper alternative, I looked into vaping.

How did you discover vaping?
The first time I was made aware of vaping devices was through infomercials on TV advertising: “It’s not smoke, it’s vapor.” My first exposure to vaping was during an overnight hospital stay for my daughter at UCLA Medical Center. My daughter had several hospital stays in the past, so I knew where all of the smoking areas were in the hospital. During that particular stay, UCLA removed all smoking areas and I had to leave the campus area in order to smoke. I felt so awkward leaving my daughter’s hospital room, getting a visitor’s pass from security in order to return and walking up and down the Westwood area in order to smoke. I found a liquor store and purchased a disposable Blu electronic cigarette; that way, I didn’t have to leave my daughter’s room and could vape in the bathroom.

What was your first vaping experience like?
The disposable Blu electronic cigarette was just an alternative and didn’t satisfy my smoking habit. Shortly after, I was gifted an eGo vape pen which was a better vaping experience, but was still used as an alternative to smoking. It wasn’t until I went into a vape shop and purchased my first setup (SMOKtech Magneto mod and Kanger ProTank II, December 2013) that I thought I could quit smoking all together.

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
My favorite thing about vaping is the community—all of the friends I have made and people I have met. I liken it to when I first started skateboarding in the 80’s. Back then, you could spot a skater and you would welcome them with open arms because it didn’t matter who you were or where you were from—you were both connected through a useless wooden toy!

What nicotine level did you start at?
Being a pack-a-day smoker, I started at 24 mg of nicotine and only vaped menthol or tobacco flavors. When I started vaping the other flavors available, I easily transitioned down to 18, 12, 6 and 3 mg of nicotine. I vaped 2.5 down to 0 mg, but I prefer to vape 3 mg of nicotine.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
No. I have been cigarette-free for over three years (I smoked my last cigarette during my deployment to Afghanistan on January 17, 2014).

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
I rotate my attys and juice depending on the mood: fruity or dessert; flavor or clouds; 22mm or 24mm; RDA or RDTA; etc. The only mods I use are from Mad Industries – Penny, Colonial or FMJ.

How important is natural or organic vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today?
I think it is very important to have natural or organic vape juice as an option to the over-saturated juice market and the abundance of “hype” juice out there, especially for the vaper who is more concerned with the ingredients than the packaging.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
Other than the FDA, I think the abundance of misinformation and lack of understanding about the basics (battery safety, Ohm’s Law, etc) are the biggest obstacles new vapors face. Today’s vape products are more advanced and the abundance of products available can be overwhelming to the new vaper or to someone looking to quit smoking cigarettes.

@babsy189 Takes Selfie with Her Vape PenILHANA | @babsy189

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
1 pack a day or less was enough. The best smoke was usually with coffee and after a meal; everything more than that was making a weird taste in my mouth, nausea at worst. I hated when I used to pass that limit.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
I never wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. But it just had to happen. Vaping did the job for me.

How did you discover vaping?
I tried the old cigalikes I bought from my local convenience store. I like gadgets, flavors and technology so no wonder I was curious about that. I didn’t like it. Those sponge-filled plastic cartridges weren’t reliable at all. But then I started to search for something better and without even noticing I entered a special community, filled with different people from all around the world loving the same thing – vaping. It’s not just a gadget, flavor and technology anymore, it’s the lifestyle.

What was your first vaping experience like?
When I first saw a cigalike I thought it can deliver the same taste and experience as the real cigarette. I thought of that as a substitute for a cigarette. And of course it didn’t do great. I always wanted something clean, convenient and with enough battery power to last all day. And I found it in my first eGo-T. But eventually tobacco flavor was not important anymore. I wanted different flavors; I saw something totally different from cigarettes and couldn’t compare it anymore. It was something totally new. Enjoying different flavors with enough nicotine to keep you satisfied ☺ I never liked cigarette taste and smell anyway. ☺

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
Vaping delicious flavors whenever I want, feeling [censored] and smelling great. ☺

What nicotine level did you start at?
In the beginning I used to vape some e-liquids I knew nothing about because I didn’t have much choice. I think they were 24mg… I know, right! When I got to the point of choosing mg, I was vaping 6mg.

What nicotine level do you vape now?
Now I can’t go anywhere without 12mg in my tank (Kayfun) and 3mg usually on my dripper.
I admit, I like that sensation in the throat caused by nicotine.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
Not at all! It’s like I never smoked before. I don’t mind though if someone smokes next to me (even though I cough a lot), nor I will tell the person that it’s bad. Everyone knows that. I do however say that if anyone really wants to quit cigarettes, vaping can definitely help. Just give it a try. It takes a bit of time, to find yourself in tons of flavors and customizations, a lot of research, ‘cuz educating yourself is the most important. But it’s definitely much easier with a community like this.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
Like I said before, I prioritize clean, convenient and long battery power. And of course a good taste, complex layered flavors which is the most important for me. I am not a trickster, I don’t need to have huge clouds all day. But now, we don’t need to sacrifice flavours to get a throat hit, or clouds to get a mist; we can just adjust our gear to suit our preferences.
I am using the Dagger and Asvape Strider mods by VO Tech at the moment… also the VO-M tank and Kayfun. I like to try a lot of different e-liquids, but few of them end up in my rotation. Kinda picky a lot. I like coffee and tea flavors, and strong menthol as well.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
It is time for everyone in this community to take their part seriously, whether you are a manufacturer or a consumer, hobbyist or an ambassador, cloudchaser or a fan, we all have responsibilities to maintain this community alive. It’s an amazing technology and has the potential to drastically [censored] the lives of anyone who wants to quit smoking cigarettes. A [censored] lifestyle: why would we stop progress to that goal?

How important is organic or natural e-juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today as opposed to when you started?
Very important! We all know that the world of electronic cigarettes is still a wildly unregulated market, and anybody can make whatever they want. That’s why it’s important to stay informed and to educate other people about it. Good quality always prevails.
I am so thankful to get to know so many great people from this industry, to collaborate with them and of course to try hundreds of different e-juices, mods and atomizers, that’s what makes this fun.
Of course, I can never forget the time when I used to spend days and months trying to get a device I can use and e-liquid I can vape. Now there are tons of equipment, personalizations, flavors… everyone can enjoy in whatever and however they want, and with companies having a positive relationship with all of us.

Half a pack.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
Because I had a lot of pain in my throat and headaches all the time.

How did you discover vaping?
A friend of mine has a vape shop and many of my friends did already vape.

What was your first vaping experience like?
I coughed so hard! I wanted to quit but the shop owner told me that this is normal the first few days.

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
Because of the vape community, I have already met so many amazing people from all around the world.

What nicotine level did you start at?
5 mg

What nicotine level do you vape now?
0 mg

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
No.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
Heisenberg, wismec rx2/3, smok tfv8 and some of my all-time favorite e-liquids are Melon + Tea by Vape Organics, I Love Taffy by Madhatter, Candy Punch by Element/Far and Plush by Krystalkloudz.

How important is organic or natural e-juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today as opposed to when you started?
It’s not that important, but it makes me feel a lot more comfortable to vape organic juice. Yes, I am very impressed.

I think its the money you need to spend for your first set-up.

@sosavage13 Exhaling a Massive Vapor CloudJEFF | @sosavage13

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
1 pack per day. I have a hard time paying $10 a pack and rolled my own for at least 15 years. Those come with enough to roll 32 unfiltered cigarettes. I smoked for around 27 years starting at the age of 12. I was actively trying to quit the last 10. I tried everything from the patch, chantix even bought a case of 2000 cinnamon toothpicks.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarattes?
My health. I have suffered from severe asthma and allergies since childhood. I got to where I couldn’t breathe. My asthma was uncontrolled even on 5 different meds from steroid inhalers and pills and 2 different emergency inhalers. I was getting multiple sinus infections a year that resulted in having to have sinus surgery. Plus I want to live.

How did you discover vaping?
My first vape was a blu cig-a-like (early version)—my sister got us both one.  But it didn’t work. A year or so later me and a friend were at the indoor swap meet and there was a booth. He got us each a setup; I got an eGo style that was half the size of the ones today. That helped me start to quit cigarettes.  But juice was hard to find at the time. Vaping was still very new. A few months later I picked up an e-hookah and quit cigarettes completely.

What was your first vaping experience like?
With the blu e-cig it was not remarkable. After I picked up a better device, the difference was night and day. I picked up a blueberry tobacco juice (my first e-juice ever) and it was better than a cigarette. I got my nicotine buzz. It tasted and felt like a cigarette with the addition of delicious blueberry. I was hooked. I vaped mostly tobacco flavors the first year. I think that is what helped me grab a vape over a cigarette… although now I can’t stand tobacco flavors.

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
The community. I’ve met so many people and had people help when I needed juice or was struggling. I’m not very social but the people in the vaping community have helped me break out more and feel accepted. And, keeping me off of cigarettes, of course.

What nicotine level did you start at?
18mg tobacco flavors. I did drop to 12 shortly after. When I started there was no such thing as sub ohm.

What nicotine level do you vape now?
3mg. I’ve tried higher and lower. But 3 is right were I like to be. I get the nicotine but without the harshness of higher levels.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
I have fallen back a few times. We had smokers staying with us and I was struggling to afford juice and supplies… and I fell off the wagon. I went 3 years without touching a cigarette so it killed me that I smoked again.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
That one’s hard to answer. I don’t really have one favorite. I will change juices and set-ups anywhere from 3 to 5 times a day. But my go to’s usually are my Smok Gpriv or my Sub Ohm Innovation subzero mech mod and RTA. I love the Limitless Plus for its ability to give the taste of using a dripper, with a tank for convenience. When I really want to taste the juice I’ll use my Merlin single coil RTA at lower watts. While I like dessert vapes and baked goods on occasion, I really try to go with natural juices not loaded with sweeteners and additives. My favorites are: Elixir Vape Co for ther holistic approach; Vape Organics for their natural organic take; or the Clean Vape for their clean, diketone-free juices.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
Misinformation. Too much bad info on the news and scare tactics used. I’ve tried to convert many people who were afraid to make the switch because of bad info they heard. Many still think smoking is healthier.

How important is organic or natural vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today?
While I do enjoy some of the mainstream flavors (I’m diabetic and being able to vape my sweets has allowed me to get it under control), I prefer natural or organic. I love the few companies I mentioned that provide those options. I do wish more companies took that approach. There are way too many juice-makers pushing sugar water to make a quick buck.

@nessalkrunch Smiling, Sharing Her Custom Box ModVANESSA | @nessalkrunch

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
I started smoking cigarettes at the young age of 13 and continued until the age of 40. I’d say I would smoke about a pack and a half a day, sometimes even more.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
I tried to quit smoking cigarettes numerous times; of course when I found out I was pregnant with my two children I stopped, temporarily. But then as a new mom, and a stay-at-home-mom raising two children while my husband was at work and with no family around me, it was kind of stressful so I turned to cigarettes again.

How did you discover vaping?
I got introduced to vaping by my youngest sister Erica; when I went to San Diego to visit one day she showed me only the basics of vaping since she just started and didn’t really know much.

What was your first vaping experience like?
I enjoyed the flavor and the clouds so I easily stopped smoking cigarettes after that first try at vaping!

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
I love vaping; I think it’s a great alternative to smoking cigarettes. Not having to smell like an ashtray and feeling [censored] and breathing [censored]… it’s just a better option for me. Now my kids don’t complain about me smelling like cigarettes, which they hate so much, and now so do I!

What nicotine level did you start at?
I started at a level of 6 mg nicotine.

What nicotine level do you vape now?
After about a year and a half it was getting too harsh so I went down to a 3 mg and I’m hoping it’ll continue to go down.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
No

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
My favorite current set up would be my subzero shorty by Sub Ohm Innovations with the Goon RDA… I don’t have a specific favorite juice; there are too many out there to mention.

How important is natural or organic vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today as opposed to when you started?
I love organic, herbal and anything natural!! It’s a great alternative, by far!! Compared to when I first started, today there’s such a vast selection of natural e-liquids and herbal options, so it’s great! All of these options are not only great for everyone in the vaping industry, but also for people who are thinking of quitting cigarettes!

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
I just fear that the biggest obstacles for vapers and people wanting to start vaping would be the taxes and the FDA’s ban on helping anybody in proper use of their devices. I worry that this will cause people harm because of the importance of hands-on learning when customers buy any devices!

I’m also in fear that current vapers who do enjoy this and see this as a lifesaver to their health will have limited access due to rising taxes and because vaping is being equated with cigarettes. Education and raising awareness is what’s going to show people clearly the difference.

@dready_cloudz with Vape Organics E-Juice and Lime Vape PenJIHAD | @dready_cloudz

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
1 pack, some days more.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
The thought of cancer scares me. I also want children someday. So my wife and I decided to make the change for our future children as well as health reasons.

How did you discover vaping?
A friend gave me their old one.

What was your first vaping experience like?
It was love at first sight. I had issues finding what was right for me at first. After I became familiar with the language, devices and my preferences, there was no turning back.

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
Instead of walking into a room smelling like stinkies and getting awkward looks, I’m now praised by how good I smell!

What nicotine level did you start at?
6mg

What nicotine level do you vape now?
0-3mg

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
Not at all!! Not even the urge.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
That’s a hard one. I’d say copper Switchmods V2, copper Goon RDA w/ dual fused Claptons 26/36 ni80, and for e-liquids, Dumb Luck by Dumb Blond E-juice and Strawberry Limeade from Vape Organics.

How important is natural or organic vape juice to you? Are you impressed with the selection you have today as opposed to when you started?
Organic e-juice, in my opinion, is a HUGE asset to the vape community. Organic e-liquid lines help eliminate stigmas placed on the vape community. Instead of flashy gimmicks, the community and the world are presented with cold, hard facts. You know exactly what you’re vaping. I’m very impressed with the selection now as opposed to when I first started. I could count on one hand the companies, at least that I was aware of, that provided a natural selection. Flash forward to 2017 and there’s a wide range of options that will fit any vaper’s needs. ☺

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face? I think finding their preference and learning about their device would be the biggest obstacle. Some juice taste better at certain temperatures and different coils can produce different flavor as well as vapor. The most common question Im usually asked is, “what’s the best? (Juice, mod, etc)”. Its all personal preference. Never be afraid to try different things out. Once new vapers find what works for them the possibilities are endless!!!

@ludovapes Vaping Outdoors with Trees in BackdropHELEN | @ludovapes

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
Smoked a ten deck a day or rolling tobacco.

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
I quit smoking because my sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

How did you discover vaping?
I discovered vaping through the interwebs/forums/watching reviews.

What was your first vaping experience like?
My first vape experience was incredible; it was an instant transition… I felt like for the first time I could actually succeed at quitting cigarettes. I still remember the flavour, it was lemon sherbert. I bought a kit and never smoked again.

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
The biggest perk of vaping… there are a plethora of perks!!! Firstly, I have been able to quit smoking cigarettes. Secondly, my clothes, hair and home stay smelling so fresh and so clean clean. Thirdly, I’m a sucker for gadgets and such—vaping has now become a great hobby and rather than spending money on cigarettes that will burn away, I spend money on tangible trinkets that I get to keep and admire.  Fourthly, I have met an incredible community full of people who support and encourage each other.

What nicotine level did you start at?
I started at 6mg nic.

What nicotine level do you vape now?
I now vape 3mg nic

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
I’ve smoked 3 cigarettes over the past 3 years. All three occasions I was incredibly drunk.

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
My favourite set-up… hmmm, depends really. For out and abooout I like the Council of Vapour Mini volt and the eLeaf Mello III. I also like the I Just 2 with VO Tech’s eVOlve RDA as a small carry-round. My favourite set-up at home is the Lostvape Therion 166 with the Smok mini tank. But to be honest, it doesn’t really matter what hardware you have as long as it’s safe, you know how to use it responsibly and it suits your needs.  Favourite ejuice of ALLLLL time is KILO Kiberry yogurt.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
The biggest obstacles for new vapers or people wanting to try an alternative to smoking… hmm. I would say it’s actually probably the struggle of finding out informed, weighted knowledge about vaping, and trying to sift through the huge amount of negative press and fear-mongering which the media has been spinning. Secondly, restrictions and regulations make it less accessible.

@vapingkamea Sitting on Sandy Beach Enjoying Her E-LiquidTORI | @vapingkamea

How many packs per day did you smoke at the height of your addiction?
I smoked around 3 packs a day at my worst!

Why did you decide to quit smoking cigarettes?
I decided to make a change in my eating habits, start exercising and taking care of my body. I was doing well for the first few months and loved the results I was getting. As I started to progress, I tried to increase the amount of activity I was doing. I couldn’t do more than 2 minutes of cardio without being completely out of breath. I already hated the expense of smoking cigarettes, the smell and the overall ball and chain of the addiction– so I decided I was done. My dad has been vaping for almost 10 years and he helped me get started. I got one of those old school “clear-o-mizer’s” with a refillable cartridge and I was set.

How did you discover vaping?
My dad quit smoking and started vaping in 2007 and he had been begging me to quit cigarettes for years. He bought me 4 different setups and juice back when they were just the stick mods!

What was your first vaping experience like?
I liked it, but it definitely wasn’t a cigarette– which is what I was expecting. The first time I tried it was in 2007 or 2008 and I just wasn’t ready to let go of the cigarettes yet so I looked for any excuse for it to “not work for me.”

What’s the biggest perk about vaping?
I love smelling like cupcakes and strawberries instead of smoke and tar! I also don’t have to go out into the freezing cold or blazing heat to get my nicotine.

What nicotine level did you start at?
I started at a 24, I believe!

What nicotine level do you vape now?
I’m at a 3 now, and honestly would prefer 1.5 but they don’t make enough of them.

Do you still smoke cigarettes at all?
I do not smoke cigarettes at all!

What’s your favorite set-up (e-liquid, mod, atomizer)?
I will always have a special place in my heart for my Hexohm mods and Kennedy RDAs, but I also love Fogwind RDAs. Chris Esker has the best selection of some of the most ground-breaking designs I’ve ever seen. He invented the Competition RDA as far as I’m concerned and he will always be the real MVP in my eyes. Juice.. I love it all. I can appreciate pretty much anything for what it is, but I do love my desserts!

What do you think is the biggest obstacle new vapers face?
The withdrawal from the other chemicals in cigarettes SUCKS. There is no way around it. It will not be comfortable. Eventually you feel like a million bucks, though and it’s worth it. I am beyond grateful for my change in lifestyle and the relationships I’ve formed over the years are irreplaceable.
